For many years I’ve been a keen runner and have generally kept in shape. Running was a particularly convenient way to keep fit whilst working as Cabin Crew for British Airways.
After having my family I suffered an illness which left me with a lifetime medical condition. I had to leave the job I loved and find a new direction.
MY health and fitness became more of a priority - I decided to train to become a Personal Trainer and have not looked back! I'm back out meeting lots of different people and providing excellent customer service with inexpensive and effective exercise sessions- I couldn't be happier!
I have achieved qualifications in Level 2 Gym Instructing, Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, Pre and Post Natal programme writing, Level 3 Exercise to Music and Indoor Cycling.
In addition I hold workshop certificates for Kettlebells, Vipr training and Running Technique Training. My Sports First Aid Certificate is current and renewed every 3 years.
The varied selection of training sessions and classes I offer are fast moving, friendly, flexible, adaptable, achievable and suitable for anyone aged 16yrs upwards! See ‘Classes’ and timetable for more details.
** These classes are taught as a course and therefore the dates will vary.

I also teach at Cranleigh Golf and Country Club - Please contact me for more details.
I have been attending Thursday morning bootcamp since it started and rarely miss a session as I have finally found an exercise that not only gets me fit but that I enjoy. I love being outside, there is always something interesting to watch, the air is fresh and keeps you cool and when we finish I feel refreshed and invigorated. I like the mix of static exercises and running around, and that Ali provides all the equipment for you even the mats. I bring my baby along in her buggy and I really appreciate this as it means I can fit exercise into a morning when she is awake rather than having to do it in the evening and as I'm always short of time this is really helpful.
r.hI booked up for just a few sessions with Ali at first but enjoyed them so much that I decided to make her fitness programme a regular thing. My personal training sessions are tailored to suit my own exercise needs and preferences, they are always varied and Ali seems to never run out of ideas to keep me going. Her approach is utterly professional but I always feel like I am having fun. The flexibility of the programme is ideal and fits in with my London commute. I can’t recommend Ali highly enough, you will see the benefits straight away.

Running around the local area for up to 1 hour according to abilities. This is a fat burner! For motivational reasons, running in a group is often easier. This is a great way to start running or to increase your distance if training for a specific event - it ticks the cardio box on your exercise list – don’t fancy the run?? Bring your bike instead!

30 minute blasts of high intensity exercise. If you do this 2 or 3 times a week you will be well on your way to a high level of fitness, by incorporating all the muscles and taking them to their maximum potential by fast repetition and zero tolerance on rest. This will up your fitness levels due to cardio input. It will trim and tone the body due to a reduction in bodyfat as a result of the increase in the metabolic rate. This is a must if you are pushed for time!
One hour of varied exercises. Formats changed weekly to keep the body challenged and working hard within personal fitness levels. This is the best whole body workout your money can buy.
45 minutes to 1 hour of invigorating extensive exercise incorporating all the major muscle groups. Designed to develop and maintain muscle memory, co-ordination and performance. These sessions are a fun and sociable way to improve fitness and as always, exercises are adapted to suit all abilities and age groups.
At our initial meeting we will chat about your goals and exactly what you want to achieve during your sessions with me. We will look at all forms of exercise - pick out the ones you like and talk about some you don't! It is my job to gather enough information from you to provide you with an exercise plan that will be realistic, fun, effective, achievable and affordable. Using different programmes and equipment, together we will work through the exercises to ensure you perform them correctly which in turn will maximise the benefits to yourself. I am 100% committed to helping you achieve the results you are looking for and, if i'm not with you while you are exercising, I will always answer a call, text or email so you don't fall behind!
